I’m in a season of life right now that feels like a lot to hold. It’s not a bad thing. It just is.⁣

My tendency used to be (and sometimes still is) to get caught in the cycle of doing, of racing from one thing to the next, of getting it all done (and doing it well), and also neglecting myself in the process.⁣

And by the time I’d finally catch up with myself and all my unprocessed emotions, I would feel disconnected from myself, overwhelmed, exhausted, and resentful, because I’d likely given more than I had capacity for and lost myself along the way.⁣

If this is where you find yourself too, this week’s episode of Being All Of You explores the question I ask myself when life feels like a lot. This question is simple but powerful, and helps me stay anchored to myself, even when the outside world is busy, and allows me to hold it all a lot more lightly, and with more grace.⁣

If you desire to reorient who you’re BEING as you do and hold it all, this episode has multiple perspective shifts that’ll allow you to release the intensity of the “a lot-ness” and find more moments of joy as you make room to support yourself.
